Happy Easter

A quick trip to the Farmington River resulted in these two holdovers, a nice colored brown and rainbow.

      It was a quick trip. The brown took a nymph and the bow hammered an articulated streamer.

    Those are prize trout coming from the Farmington--this tailrace reminds me of the Sipsey tailrace here; anytime someone can land trout that size on a pressured tailrace it is considered really special. Congrats!!

      The Farmington River is a great place to fish. The rainbow was really well fed and healthy!!
