A Couple of Things
Over the past few days I fished a local stream and found some nice wild browns. The one pictured below was the catch of the day, about 9 inches long.
Visited the Farmington River LTMA with a friend who is learning to Euro Nymph and we got into some very nice rainbows in a couple of different locations.

ReplyDeleteWow, some quality trout, really in good shape. I know it was loads of fun landing those. The Farmington up your way and Clear Creek out Howard's way are two place I would like to fish one day. Thanks for sharing

We had fun with the rainbows, most of them caught on nymphs.
The wild brown was taken on soft hackle PT. Strong fight on light tackle !!! Maybe some day you will makeup north and fish the Farmington River!!
